Office Service Employee

About the role
In the role of office service employee, you will have a varied and significant everyday life where service, structure, and problem-solving go hand in hand. You work closely with the customer and ensure that premises and functions are top-notch. The work sometimes involves practical tasks such as lifting, moving materials, or simple assembly, which is why it is important that you enjoy an active and mobile job.
Examples of tasks:
- Supervision of premises such as meeting rooms, offices, conference rooms, archives, and lighting
- Handling of error reports and simple property-related questions
- Goods and mail handling
- Stock and cabinet service
- Waste and recycling services including documentation
- Operation of bicycle rooms and simple bicycle service
- Handling of access cards, locks, and card systems
- Some furnishing of conference rooms
- Scanning, copying, and mass mailing
- Minor repair work
- Photography and editing of images for access cards
- Control and support of meeting technology

We see that you have:
- Experience from a similar role in service, e.g., office caretaker or customer host
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driving license B
- Some administrative experience

About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment rate: 100%
- Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Start date: April 1
- Probationary period: 6 months
